Only a 5 min walk to the estuary and beach from the property's private beach access. French oak flooring in the bedroom / living area with large sliding doors opening onto the sunny deck overlooking stunning Waipu beach and islands, surrounded by rural views on either side on the property. The small kitchenette only has a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. The owners outside fire can be lit when requested & use of the BBQ in the downstairs courtyard. This downstairs courtyard is a shared space with the owners and you are more than welcome to use it. Explore the wonderful Waipu beach and surrounding area, local farmers markets in nearby Waipu village and Mangawhai as well as Cafes and Restaurant nearby.
